Noedine Isaacs-Mpulo started her working life as a Systems Engineer for
IBM in 1990, after achieving a BSC (Hons) in Computer Information
Systems at Southeastern University in Washington, DC. After IBM she
worked for a small company as a Technical Manager before changing
careers with a move into the Transnet Group as a Human Resources Manager.

She remained within the Transnet Group for more than seven years in various roles
which include a stint as Senior Manager for Employee Relations and Chief Negotiator
for the entire group, Vice President for Corporate Development as well as Vice President
for Inflight Product and Service for South African Airways.

At the end of her stay at South African Airways, Noedine undertook an entrepreneurial
venture for a couple of years before returning to corporate life as Executive for Human
Resources, Corporate Services and the Chief Operating Officer for SITA
(State Information Technology Agency). She remained at SITA for more than four years
before taking up her current position as Chief Executive Officer of Lefatshe Technologies,
an IT Solutions company. She is also a shareholder of Lefatshe Technologies.
In addition, Noedine is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Blue IQ Holdings.
She also serves on the boards of The Innovation Hub, Gauteng Motor Sports Company,
Constitution Hill Development Company, Newton Development Company and Blue Catalyst.
