Supplier Database Invitation

All Professional service providers in the financial services sector
seeking registration on the Blue IQ Investment Holdings supplier database
are invited to register on the database.

The Purpose of the registration is to:

• Establish a list of approved service providers for the rendering of various
  Accounting services, e.g.  Accounting treatment and implications, Tax matters etc.
• Contribute to efficient administration and compliance with the Treasury Regulations,
  Public Finance Management Act, Generally Recongnised Accounting Practices, Generally
  Accepted Accounting Practices Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act,
  Income Tax Act, Value Added Tax Act, companies Act and all other finance related legislation.
• Ensure competitive procurement processes and procedures.

 The application forms can be downloaded from the below website from 18 February 2010.

 Non completion of the provided Supplier registration application form will disqualify your proposal.
Sealed Supplier Database Application forms with required documentations marked “Supply Chain Department”
must be deposited in the tender box situated at No. 1 Central Place, 1^st Floor, Corner Jeppe and Henry Nxumalo
Streets, Newtown, Johannesburg on or before the closing date and time.

Applications submitted by fax or email will not be accepted.

AN ORIGINAL VALID TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE APPLICATION FORM
AS FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE APPLICATION BEING DECLINED.
