Objectives
The fundamental objective of Blue IQ Investment Holdings is to deliver strategic economic infrastructure to:

• catalyse sustainable economic growth and to indirectly contribute to job creation;
• influence the composition of exports, and
• influence the diversification of Gauteng’s gross geographic product (GGP).

Sectoral focus
Blue IQ Investment Holdings was designed to unlock the growth potential of four key sectors in order to contribute to our objectives in a meaningful way.

The four growth sectors are:

• Business Tourism
• High value-added Manufacturing (high value-add)
• Logistics
• Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

There are six projects that Blue IQ Investment Holdings will further develop to commercial maturity.

These are:

• Constitution Hill 
• AIDC
• ASP 
• The Innovation Hub
• Blue Catalyst

As Blue IQ Investment Holdings strengthens its commercial position, it will consider bringing other projects on board which are aligned to its business objectives and that will add value to the company’s balance sheet.
